1.eye contact (do not head down at all, eye is window of spirit,
don't just look at his wife vs he misunderstand
do look at the kids who is respectful and truthful
do look at the senior who may pay

2.stay brief and short (keep it simple and short KISS)
10 min out of an hour is critical

3. VOLUME is high

4. stance is confidence (failure with non-quittal equals sucess)

5. pace - to make listener interested (questions and answers)
am I good agent? this is also a marketing?
