Please MiCroSoFt == 5 requrement to success

To suceed

5 elements:

plan - without any plan, can somebody build a house? a jet? anything?

marketing - know yourself and know him/her
do you know yourself well enough to hide your weakness and boost your strength

communication - 80% of our success is due to lack of communciation.
do I know how to say the right thing that the listener like?
do I communicate truthfully?

skill - of course for real estate you got to know 1003 and the form

fiance - using money invest money

missing 20 days out of years in stock exchange

wakeUP cleanUp dressUp (lockUP?

Three UP to be successful:

wakeUp
the early bird get the food early
Use first 15 minutes to plan for the day
Brush and shave after wakeup so...CU

cleanUp -
saving newspaper clipping in hard copies only attracts fire or dirt and inserts:
thank you for cleaning them up;
books that have not been read for years: clean up;
Thank you for myself about throwing all cassettes while moving:
another successful stories of cleanUP

eg
06/26/07 Monday, clean up means no newspaper clipping, no never-listened-cassette, vacuum car and car wash regularly, focus on real estate and not this or that,

dressUp -
my father who is a businessman disciplines me everyday - DressUP.
It is a discipline and a habit
It can be stylish like my Uncle who won awards in HK about his dress up.
It show characters and value, just like the BMW and Benz that my friends are driving.
It is not an option.
It is a requirement.

07/28/07
remind christine who suceed in dressup (not luxury up/ only casual and admire jason ) / wakeup (not that early cos still on bed) and cleanup!!

Pareto’s Principle (80/20 Rule)

Pareto’s Principle (80/20 Rule) of Personal Finance

The 80/20 Rule means that only a few things are vital (20 percent) and the remaining are trivial (80 percent).

You have probably seen many examples of this in business where 80% of a given problem are only caused by a few things…

or 80% of your company’s sales may be with only 20% of your key clients.

The point of the Pareto principle is to suggest that you focus your energy on the 20 percent that really matters.

the 80/20 rule was developed by italian economist Vilfredo Pareto to describe the unequal wealth in his country, observing that 20 percent of the people owned 80 percent of the wealth

we wear our 20% most favoured clothes about 80% of the time, we spend 80% of the time with 20% of our acquaintances

In computer, resource optimization by observing that 80% of the resources are typically used by 20% of the operations

In software engineering, it is often a better approximation that 90% of the execution time of a computer program is spent executing 10% of the code (known as the 90/10 law in this context).

In business, dramatic improvements can often be achieved by identifying the 20% of customers, activities, products or processes that account for the 80% of contribution to profit and maximizing the attention applied to them.

Note, however, that sometimes adding up to 100 is indeed meaningful. For example, if 80% of effects come from the top 20% of sources, then the remaining 20% of effects come from the lower 80% of sources. This is called the "joint ratio", and can be used to measure the degree of imbalance: a joint ratio of 96:4 is very imbalanced, 80:20 is moderately imbalanced, and 55:45 is just slightly imbalanced

80 x 20 and 6 by 6

Serious business (not casual business) always has a mission first
then a goal : what to be achieve in a period of time
then a plan : how to achieve the mission

but serious business
has to have a habit of doing it
so there is a rule called 6x6
ie

doing 6 days a week x 6 weeks

In addition
80/ 20 rule
is
using 80 % of the time invested into your top 20 % best client

Blogging is an activity which draw your attention and
Keep you busy without thinking why and what is your goal ..
Be clear about the plan, goal and strategy of this business building
